Charles Thibaut focuses his practice in the areas of real estate and business law. He represents client in all aspects of commercial and residential real estate closings and assists in the drafting and review of commercial leases. Charles assists residential and commercial real estate clients in all aspects of the subdivision and development of real estate. He assists business clients in all aspects of establishing and running a business, from formation to dissolution or sale, including contract drafting and review and general representation.
Charles served as President of the Orange County Bar Association from 1986 to 1987, President of the Judicial District 15-B Bar Association in 1995, and is a member of the Business Law Section of the North Carolina Bar Association.
