Samantha Cabe is a general practice attorney who provides counsel and representation to clients in several areas of law, including business law, contract review and drafting, business entity formation, corporations and partnerships, real estate litigation and all areas of civil litigation and appeals to the North Carolina Court of Appeals and the North Carolina Supreme Court. She also assists clients in matters involving child welfare, juvenile law, traffic offenses and other minor criminal matters.
She is the current President of the 15B District Bar (Orange and Chatham Counties), a member of the Orange County Planning Board, a member of the Administration of Justice Committee of the North Carolina Bar Association, a member of the North Carolina Advocates for Justice, and current President of the North Carolina Association of Social Services Attorneys.
Samantha also serves on the board of directors for a local non-profit organization Eyes Ears Nose and Paws, Inc., that trains and places assistance dogs for individuals with disabling medical conditions, improving opportunities for individual control over medical care, and encouraging therapeutic interventions that improve physical and mental health.
